All Aboard The Keystone State Rewards Train

by Christine in Features, Promotions category

Pennsylvania people who love a flutter are spoiled at the moment. There are lots of places you can do it, but our favourite so far has to be PlaySugarHouse. That’s for a variety of reasons, but not least because of their sweet iRush Rewards program. Just remember, you’ve got to be physically located within the state’s borders to play.

Before we delve into that though, we should let you know that there’s a brilliant PlaySugarHouse promo code that gives you up to $250 in bonus cash. Follow that link and find out what it is and how it works. Now wouldn’t that be a good way to start your Keystone State online gambling hobby.

What is iRush Rewards?

Now back to iRush Rewards.

This loyalty scheme works very similarly to other ones you might already be familiar with. You simply place real money wagers on the PlaySugarHouse and you earn points for that. The more you bet, the more points you get. The more points you get, the bigger your rewards.

The loyalty program with two currencies

A slightly odd thing about iRush Rewards is that it has two currencies. The first of these is Loyalty Level Points. This is the currency that determines your iRush Rewards Loyalty Level. Your type of rewards changes depending on your Loyalty Level, so that is important. More about that later.

The second currency type in the PlaySugarHouse loyalty program is Bonus Store Points. You can exchange these points whenever you want for rewards in the Bonus Store. That means that you can instantly get sweet rewards that suit you, once you’ve racked up enough points, that is.

What are the iRush Rewards Loyalty Levels?

There are 11 different iRush Rewards Loyalty Levels. Yes, you read that right. ELEVEN.

That’s a lot to keep track of for sure. But the good thing about that is that you get a very personalised service depending on your level of play. So it’s actually kind of nice.

The downside is it’s a little harder to keep it straight in your head. But if you need a refresher, you can always come back to this page to remind yourself about how much points you need to get to the next tier and what rewards await when you do.

How many points do I need to earn to reach each tier?

The tiers are numbered. Tier 1 is the lowest tier, which all newbies will generally fall in to. Meanwhile, the 11th tier is called Elite and is going to be mainly for the highest rollers on PlaySugarHouse.

  • 1: 40 points required
  • 2: 160 points required
  • 3: 400 points required
  • 4: 760 points required
  • 5: 1400 points required
  • 6: 2800 points required
  • 7: 5200 points required
  • 8: 8800 points required
  • 9: 13600 points required
  • 10: 20000 points required
  • Elite: Invite only

Benefits depending on your iRush Rewards tier

And here are what you can look forward to receiving, depending on your loyalty level…

  • All levels get Bonus Store Access
  • Three and above get SugarHouse Casino Special Offers
  • Five and above get Custom Deposit Limit Assistance
  • Seven and above get dedicated VIP manager, promotional calendar, birthday gifts, VIP lounge access at SugarHouse Casino, PlaySugarHouse swag and exclusive SugarHouse Casino free play and dining offers
  • Eight and above get exclusive VIP events invites and faster withdrawals

  • Ten and Elite get a custom avatar, a thank you dinner and overnight stay in a luxury hotel in Philadelphia

What can I get in the Bonus Store?

The Bonus Store has a variety of Wheel Spins and Bonus Money Prizes that you can choose from. That means you can decide what amount and frequency of bonus money suits you.

Tell me more about Loyalty Level Points

Things get a little confusing when we start talking Loyalty Level Points. They’re based on a 60-day rolling period. But the odd thing about them is that when you earn points, they only stay with you in full for 30 days. Then after 30 days, they slowly begin to decline. Which is quite strange compared to other loyalty programs, where they either stick with you or outright expire. There’s a complicated maths equation for you to work out how much your points will decline by after the 30 day period. If you’re interested, you can check out the promotional page at PlaySugarHouse.

But the good thing about this system is it always more-or-less accurately reflects your real money wagering at that point in time. So actually, it’s kind of good. Even though it’s difficult to wrap your head around.

If you want our advice, we’d just keep playing and from time to time check your meter by going to the top of the My Account page or checking out the My Rewards page.

Bonus Bank at iRush Rewards

Another novel idea at iRush Rewards is its Bonus Bank. This lets you figure out yourself how and when you want to use your bonus money. It gives you the following options:

  • Bank it: Save any bonus money you earn for later
  • Play it: Trigger your bonus now and start meeting that insanely low 1x play-through requirement
  • Take it: Once you’ve met your play-through requirement, you can either withdraw your cash or use it in your account as real-money
